Paris is a fucking shit hole. I was there for 2 nights and after about 6 hours of being there wanted to come home. It stank, it was full of cunts, it was expensive, it was shit weather and it reminded me of that other shit hole London except with French cunts

You forgot picking up a jambon et fromage crepe. I stayed near the Bois de Boulogne on my first mission. Great Parc. Also Jardin de Luxembourg.

In 2000 I stayed in an appartment in Rue du Tournon near the Parc and owned by Francois Pinnault. Salma Hayek's husband.

Don't mind Paris tbh. Its London but in France. Cos its so DIVERSE and COSMOPOLITAN if you go to the right bars/pubs/whatever you'll often get talking to folk, who may or may not be French.

Stade de France is a God awful area to be stuck in.

Paris, for me when I lived there, was all about cafés and restaurants, bakeries, strolling around (prefreably the tiny hiden streets) taking in the architechture, and going to the tiny old cinemas that show older movies that have no chance being shown at commercial cinemas.

Sunday morning reefer, then strolling all over the central areas on a pattiserie crawl for the munchie attacks was a favourite passtime.

If you speak a bit of the lingo, it's a much much better experience.

Love this restaurant

Phenomenally unfriendly. It seems no-one with a French passport pays for the metro. Everyone walking through behind you or vaulting over.

Overall it's gone the same way as London. Still like it as a place to visit but wouldn't want to live there.

Needless to say the architecture is amazing. Beautiful city and hardly any Parisians as everyone’s a foreigner.

Try The Mazet

Re: Leonard Hatred in Paris
I’ve done 4 work assignments in Paris first in 1999 and the most recent 2017-2019. I can certainly say it’s got worse but it’s not shit.

I hated at first but grew to love it. Getting to know the Metro is key. There’s some great places to go like the Buddha bar was at its peak in 1999. Also some great English pubs like The Bowler, The Long Hop , Frog and Princess. However the demographics have changed and those places were 75% expats in the day now more like 25%.
